That I suppose is not an exam question but a sacrosanct one, which needs to be answered because it determines who your king is and ultimately your provider hence whence cometh your help (provision) and also where you end up.
There are two different kingdoms on this earth, each ruled by it's ko king who supplies the needs of it's subjects and citizens; in order to keep them and their lifestyle attractive to others so that they can join the kingdoms. So you can't tell me that it is God's will for you to be poor, sick fail, oppressed, helpless etc when his plan for you is to attract others to His kingdom. Nothing attracts in poverty and suffering, it repels.
However, God (the father of our Lord Jesus Christ) will only provide for His children because He is convinced that they belong to His kingdom.
In the same vein, the devil also takes care of its captives & subjects to make them attractive to others, that's why it seems as if the wicked prospers.
However, God's provisions have a basic characteristics of posterity (psalm 112:1-3) whereas the devil's provisions are temporal leading to destruction & death (prov 4:19) whereas God's provisions are for life and Establishment. It is the devil that entices with worldy possessions, God only calls to repentance and with that comes salvaging the situation (salvation) and redemption.
What this implies is that wealth, prosperity and whatever God offers comes as an entrustment not an achievement and that it is not the gifts that comes before salvation but salvation before the gifts (matt 6:33).
Therefore, you cannot belong to the kingdom of the devil and expect God and bless you, just as you don't get paid in a company where you are not an employee is the same way God won't hear if you're not his, you can't claim to be a christian and live a wayward life and expect God and be for you (Romans 8:31).

Therefore, it is the kingdom to which you belong that determines the source of your provisions which is decided by the king in your kingdom, therefore I ask you once again, who is your king?
God bless you and may the Holy Spirit interpret His word in your heart.
