That I suppose is not an exam question but a sacrosanct one, which needs to be answered because it determines who your king is and ultimately your provider hence whence cometh your help (provision) and also where you end up.
There are two different kingdoms on this earth, each ruled by it's ko king who supplies the needs of it's subjects and citizens; in order to keep them and their lifestyle attractive to others so that they can join the kingdoms. So you can't tell me that it is God's will for you to be poor, sick fail, oppressed, helpless etc when his plan for you is to attract others to His kingdom. Nothing attracts in poverty and suffering, it repels.
However, God (the father of our Lord Jesus Christ) will only provide for His children because He is convinced that they belong to His kingdom.
In the same vein, the devil also takes care of its captives & subjects to make them attractive to others, that's why it seems as if the wicked prospers.
However, God's provisions have a basic characteristics of posterity (psalm 112:1-3) whereas the devil's provisions are temporal leading to destruction & death (prov 4:19) whereas God's provisions are for life and Establishment. It is the devil that entices with worldy possessions, God only calls to repentance and with that comes salvaging the situation (salvation) and redemption.
What this implies is that wealth, prosperity and whatever God offers comes as an entrustment not an achievement and that it is not the gifts that comes before salvation but salvation before the gifts (matt 6:33).
Therefore, you cannot belong to the kingdom of the devil and expect God and bless you, just as you don't get paid in a company where you are not an employee is the same way God won't hear if you're not his, you can't claim to be a christian and live a wayward life and expect God and be for you (Romans 8:31).

Therefore, it is the kingdom to which you belong that determines the source of your provisions which is decided by the king in your kingdom, therefore I ask you once again, who is your king?
God bless you and may the Holy Spirit interpret His word in your heart.

I concluded the first part of this Pep Talk by posing a question, but I've come to understand that the answer cannot be graphically or orally presented but can only be given practically and with exalistes, because examples are worth more than words/points.
To answer this question, the Fruit principle will be adopted, what it implies is that the best way to find a mango tree is by looking for trees with mangoes on it, unless such a person is blind, because evidence is the end of argument.
Just as every tree is recognized by it's fruits so is every kingdom recognized by it's citizens. Because it is by their fruits that you shall know them (matt 7:16-20).
It means that the Fruit is the best answer to the question, why many European nations tag Nigerians as being corrupt is because they have seen many corrupt Nigerian Fruits that they've come to believe that all Nigerians are corrupt. Also many Americans believe that Africans are good only for menial jobs because they have seen so many Africans doing menial jobs that they come to believe that they Africans are only good at menial jobs.
This brings to mind what Jesus said that let your light so shine before men that they will glorify your father in heaven (matt 5:14-17) bringing vividly to mind as well bro Paul's epistle to the Galatians (gal 5:19-24).
Paul here vividly makes a clarification and distinction of what the fruits of both kingdoms are, by listing the fruits of the spirit (God's kingdom) & of the flesh (satanic). That short ànd precise list clearly reveals the attributes that makes up the Fruit of both kingdoms, so check yourself by yourself to see where you belong.
It is noteworthy to know that God does not accept 99.9% from anyone i.e if one of the fruits of the flesh is found in you you are of the devil. What that implies is that when one, is missing God does not accept it but the moment one from the devil is found in you the devil claims you. That's why Jesus said: the prince of this world came to me and found nothing in me (john 14:30). Until the devil cannot find anything in you, you are still under him and will perpetually continue under his affliction, remember Rachel.
In conclusion, unless your garment is as white as snow, you are not there yet. Just as you don't need to commit all the crimes to be a criminal, a 1 count charge can take you to jail, in this same vein a sin can take you to hell.
God bless you, may the Holy Spirit interpret His word in your heart.

DESTINED TO EXCEL

SCRIPTURE: Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. – Psalm 45:7

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:  If you are connected to the Most High God, you are not permitted to live a low life.

We are meant to exist at the realm of perpetual relevance, influence, prominence, significance and dominance. The Bible says, ‘Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it’ (Isaiah 58:14).

The revelation of God’s Word in this passage was what gave Kenneth Copeland the first private aircraft he flew and he has given out 27 aircrafts to people. When he came in contact with this passage, he told himself, ‘God is saying to me, I shall ride on the high places of the earth, and I have no business with the low places.’ So, if you are connected to the Most High God, you are not permitted to live a low life.

In Psalm 125:1, we are meant to be on top like mount Zion; it is to be at the realm of perpetual relevance, influence, prominence, significance and dominance. This is the destiny of anyone that is connected to God. If you are connected to God, you are not permitted to be a struggler; you are not allowed to sweat through life or be at the backside of life. That is not the will of God for you.

Today, everything is changing. I curse every trace of mediocrity in your life today, in the Name of Jesus.

Remember this: If you are connected with the Most High God, you are not permitted to live a low life.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Study God’s Word to know your position and place in God.
2. Trust in God as your only source and never put your trust in man.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask that you help me to locate my Word so I can leave where I am now, help me Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

DAILY READING: 2Chronicles 4:1 to 6:11, Romans 7:1 to13, Psalm 17:1 to 15, Proverbs 19:22 to 23.

QUOTE: Nothing disarms darkness like light. by Dr Paul Enenche.

ALWAYS ON DUTY

When an European Airline was initially launched, an educated Christian gentleman was traveling in the First Class section. An air hostess approached him with a complimentary drink, this was an alcoholic drink so the man politely refused.
The air hostess returned but this time brought the drink on a platter, designed to appeal and impress; however the Christian man again politely refused, explaining he doesn't drink alcohol.
The air hostess was concerned and informed the manager. The manager approached the man with another platter, now designed with flowers, he questioned, “is there something wrong with our service? please enjoy the drink, it is a complimentary offer.” The man replied, “I am a Christian and I do not drink alcohol.” The manager still insisted that the man take the drink.
Then, the Christian proposed that the manager should give the drink to the pilot first. The manager stated, “how can the pilot drink alcohol, he’s on duty! And if he drinks there are chances for the plane to crash”.
The passenger with tears in his eye, replied, “I am a Christian and I am ALWAYS on duty in order to protect my FAITH and if I Drink Alcohol I will crash my whole life here and hereafter.
Don't compromise, Don't tell that little lie, Don't yield to Temptation
I pray God will see us through....
ARE YOU ALWAYS ON DUTY????

There is always a way to do something, whenever there is a need to reach out to a person in any setting; then and there the need for a medium of communication or exchange arises. God speaks, and through various means, these means of communication therefore is our purpose.
The first and most important of all means of communication is the Word of god (John1:1-3)
Also God speaks through His angels who are regarded as the Host of Heaven (Psalm 103:20)
The Holy Ghost is God’s most important means of communication, who manifests in various ways and avenues such as visions, dreams, a still small voice, counsel and most importantly an inner witness called instinct.
Human vessels are also important to God’s conveyance of His messages, the whole of the bible is either named after men who conveyed God’s message or to people whom the messages were conveyed to, and therefore man has become God’s most important means of conveying His message.
This is in fact and indeed God’s most used medium of Pep Talk. He has, He is and his still using men as His vessels of pep talk. It is important therefore, to know that the source of all Pep Talk is God and is brought to us by the Holy Ghost who brings is to bare via men.
However, any Pep Talk that is against the truth, doctrine and standard of the Word of God is nothing but heresy and should not be welcomed.
In conclusion, Pep Talk can be synonymised as sermon, message, charge, exhortation or most importantly gods plan for your life made known through human vessels, angels or the Holy Spirit in his numerous outlets. Therefore, our duty is to point you to various sources.
In short, a Pep Talk is intended to make someone feel more courageous or enthusiastic which is mostly short, brief, and precise.
The word of God therefore remains the principal medium of God’s pep talk and on it lyes all other forms of pep talk like:
ü  Anointed messages or sermons (John 3:8)
ü  Anointed books (Dan 9:2)
ü  Biographies of anointed men (Heb 6:12)
ü  Anointed Tapes, Cds etc john 8:32
ü  Words from the mouth of gods anointed (John 6:63).
All in all what matters is you hear, listen and obey God’s word at all time (Jer 6:16).
God bless you and may the Holy Spirit interpret his word in your heart.

To persuade & convince you that the Pep Talk has such an awesome and immense power. Here are some of the wonders of Pep Talk in the world of sport.
Tottenham 3 Man Utd 5 Premier League 2001
The very definition of a game of two halves, Tottenham were irresistible in their first period domination of the reigning champions, Les Ferdinand
and Christian Ziege adding to Dean Richards's early strike to put Spurs on course for a famous victory.
After the break, however, the roles were reversed with United, presumably fresh from 15 minutes with
a hairdryer, overwhelming the hosts. Andy Cole, Laurent Blanc, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Juan Sebastian
Veron (playing one of his few stand out matches from United) and David Beckham scored the goals.
Newcastle 4 Arsenal 4 Premier League 2011
Take a comfortable four goal lead, add a half-time break, throw in a sending off and long held defensive brittleness and you end up with an incredible match.
After a barnstorming first 45 minutes Arsenal looked like champions in the making – Theo Walcott gave
them the lead in the opening minute before Johan Djourou doubled the advantage almost instantly. Just
10 later minutes Robin van Persie had made it three; then four before the break. The game changed after Joey Barton provoked Abou Diaby in
to lashing out and seeing red. Barton scored twice from the spot with Leon Best, in for the recently
departed Andy Carroll, also on target. The stage thus set, Cheik Tiote levelled with an 87th minute screamer.
Liverpool 3 AC Milan 3 Champions League
final 2005
Some Liverpool fans had started to leave the Ataturk Stadium at half-time after a first minute goal from Paolo Maldini and two from Hernan Crespo had given Milan a 3-0 half-time lead. But
the game was spun on its axis in a frenetic spell that saw Steven Gerrard, Vladimir Smicer and Xabi Alonso level before Jerzy Dudek gave it the
'spaghetti legs' in a penalty shoot out before saving from Andrea Pirlo and Andrei Shevchenko to complete the 'Miracle of Istanbul'.
Another example is the comeback pulled off from sheer force of will.
In 2002, in what’s been called one of the greatest tennis matches ever played, Jennifer Capriati found herself down 4-6, 0-4 to Martina Hingis in the finals of the Australian Open. Moments later, she faced her first match point. A television cameraman moved in closer to the court, to get a better angle on Hingis’ forthcoming victory celebration. But Capriati, with a dismissive wave, cleared the cameraman from the court, then fended off that match point. She would survive three more, and win the set in a tiebreaker.
She went on to take the final set 6-2 to win the event.
In all situations you will see that comebacks were what some will call sheer act of luck but Alas! Luck is nowhere, luck is nothing an lucky is no one. The Bible talks of David encouraging himself in the lord, there is always a Pep Talk before a victory, it can either be self inspired of outwardly fired into you.
The wonders of Pep Talks are not limited to the world of sport alone, as earlier said it also affects our spiritual lives.
Moreover, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things, here are some of the wonders of Pep Talks from the scriptures:
Moses to the Israelites at the red Sea (exodus 14:19-21, exodus 30:15,19).
Joshua at the crossing of the Jordan (joshua 3:1-4:24).
Peter's talk that saved 3000 ( acts 2:14-17).
Paul's talk that gathered the multitude (acts 13:44)
The beatitudes (Matt 5:1-14)

Pep talk in it's real sense is a sporting terminology which is not alien to sports men and its enormous effect on their life and performance is inestimable. It's also found in the entertainment industry; it is that talk, advice or counsel given to a performer or a sports man in the middle of his performance or appearance. It is so vital that it determines the extent to which an athlete goes either to achieve success or otherwise.
The impact of the Pep Talk is so much that it is what determines the outcome of every sporting event. Be it a performer, sportsman, an athlete or footballer or a business man, we all need pep talks.
What Pep Talk does is to stir up the best in you in the middle of your appearance, when an athlete or a team is performing below par or not measuring up to task, the Pep Talk becomes expedient and of utmost importance but most recent is; when the performer is on the verge of victory or success; the Pep Talk intervenes to remind the athlete of the goal ahead and the price to pay to achieve victory without losing momentum.
This then brings to mind one of the greatest come backs of all time in the history of European football and European champions league; the final between Liverpool Fc and AC Milan, those WHO remember this match will understand better the power and importance of Pep Talks.
Liverpool 3 AC Milan 3 Champions League final 2005
Some Liverpool fans had started to leave the Ataturk Stadium at half-time after a first minute goal from Paolo Maldini and two from Hernan Crespo had given Milan a 3-0 half-time lead. But

'spaghetti legs' in a penalty shoot out before saving from Andrea Pirlo and Andrei Shevchenko to complete the 'Miracle of Istanbul'.
However, those are not the only footballing comebacks but behind it all is a turnaround spurred on by the manager's Pep Talk.
In football, the Pep Talk is that short chat between the manager and his team at half time, right in the middle of the match and we all know that a good Pep Talk makes a good manager because that's what determines his team's performance which is the overall essence of the Pep Talk.
In this case therefore, we all know that every team has a owner, a manager, management & technical teams as well as the players. In our context, God is the team owner, Christ the manager and the head of the technical and management team is the Holy spirit and I am the privileged team captain whose job is to remind us all of the highlight of the manager's Pep Talk as they all behold us perform on the field. God I you and may the Holy spirit interpret his word in your heart.
